I.CO.NI.C Services provides online tuition and educational resources. For the purposes of GDPR and applicable data protection law, I.CO.NI.C Services is the data controller.

Enquiry forms: When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, and the information you provide in the form. This is used only to respond to your enquiry and to match you with the right teacher.
Resource sign-ups: When you sign up for the Art Lives Now resource library, we collect your email address. This is used to send you the requested resources and occasional updates about new Art Lives Now content. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How we use your data
We use your data only for the purpose for which it was provided. We do not sell, share, or pass your data to third parties except where necessary to deliver our service (for example, our email platform Kit, which holds subscriber data on our behalf).
Data retention
Enquiry data is held for a maximum of 12 months. Email subscriber data is held until you unsubscribe.
